1. Who we are

Go Ethiopian Way ("the Service") is owned and operated by Add-Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you are contracting with Add-Tech Solutions, and you confirm you are of legal age or have authority to bind your organisation.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. The Service

Go Ethiopian Way is a discovery platform connecting people with Ethiopian businesses, restaurants, events, culture, guides, and travel experiences. Listings are community-sourced and verified on review. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or spam-related use;
• Infringing intellectual property rights;
• Introducing malware, probing or testing vulnerabilities, scraping, or otherwise interfering with the Service's security or operation;
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or circumventing technical limits;
• Submitting false, misleading, or defamatory business listings or reviews.

5. Accounts & credentials

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, design, documentation, and branding. Content you submit (e.g. business listings, photos) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

7. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is", and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Payments & subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (e.g. platform access plans) are billed on the terms shown at checkout, including any introductory pricing and renewal schedule. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please also refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, access to paid features ends and account data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Add-Tech Solutions is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
