A third-wave roastery run by two sisters from Sidama. Beans are sourced directly from washing stations in Yirgacheffe and Guji, and the weekend jebena service walks guests through a full traditional coffee ceremony.

The doro wat is the closest thing to my mother's I have found outside Gondar. Ask for the group mesob if there are more than four of you.

First time trying Ethiopian food and the staff walked us through the whole platter. The vegan combination was enormous and we still took food home.

Excellent food, but go early on Fridays — the wait hit 45 minutes by 7pm. The coffee ceremony afterwards is worth staying for.
